You can have some theme-based days in your office like Twins Day, Retro Look Day, Potluck Day, etc., for the employees. These events will help you get all the employees together, and they are a lot of fun. You can organize fun games like one-minute games or "if and then." You can also arrange for some gifts to motivate the employees.

For festivals such as Diwali, you can have a traditional day where every employee must represent a state and wear the traditional outfit of that state.

Hope this is useful to you.

Employee Engagement: A Comprehensive Approach

Employee engagement is a broader term that covers both formal and informal activities. Many companies adopt a strategic approach to 'Employee Engagement Programs,' starting with pre-employment activities like recruitment. For example, companies in industries such as FMCG and Automotive have exemplary recruitment policies. They provide detailed orientation about the profile and company before the interview and assess candidates based on psychometric and functional parameters.

Onboarding: Adding Value to Engagement

'Onboarding' is one activity where you can add value in terms of engagement. You can gather feedback from new joiners after a certain period about their comfort and the organizational culture.

Training and Development: Initiating Programs

'Training and Development' is another area where you can initiate various programs, such as eLearning, On-the-Job Training, developing internal faculties, and creating fun learning experiences. This could include taking a group outside, perhaps into nature, for practical learning.

Higher Education Opportunities

In higher education, you can establish tie-ups and provide opportunities for star performers to pursue further education, helping to create an emotional bond with your employees.

Fun at Work: Engaging Employees

'Fun at Work' is a popular method to engage employees. You can organize various events under this initiative.

Family Days: Involving Families

Family Days can include family get-togethers, visits to families, or dinners with star performers' families.

Overall, your objective should be to engage employees emotionally with the organization. You can refer to motivational theories for assistance in designing Strategic Employee Engagement Programs.

Here is a link to a post on Citehr where a member has shared her PPT on employee engagement for her corporate. I am sure the suggestions given above, as well as the outline of possibilities in the PPT and some search on this site, can help you structure something relevant and effective for your organization. https://www.citehr.com/430086-employ...ml#post1945546

Let me also add that each engagement activity must be thoroughly studied for its relevance to your employees, its suitability to your organizational culture, the budget allocations, its implementation, and its effectiveness. Employee feedback and suggestions can give you excellent insights to make the activity even more effective with some minor changes or a bit of tweaking.

Best Wishes
