Charter of Demands vs. Notice of Change

Charter of Demands refers to demands put forward by the Trade Union before the Management. On the other hand, a Notice of Change is the notice issued to employees under Section 9A of the ID Act, stating that the mentioned changes will be effected on the service conditions of the workmen with effect from the date mentioned therein.
