We are basically targeting fresh MBA grads. What I want to know is when we go for recruitment, how do we go about it? For example, show them the company profile presentation, maybe conduct aptitude tests. What kind of questions should I expect from the students? Also, before going for recruitment, what points should we be clear on, such as:
a) Number of candidates
b) Job profile
c) CTC
If we call them for interviews, are we expected to pay for their traveling expenses?
Please, can you all help me in clarifying these points? Also, if I have missed anything, kindly let me know.
