Hi Swati,
Generally, recruitment bills will vary based on the years of experience of the candidates. Some companies may agree to a flat 5% fee, while others may have a percentage difference based on the candidate's years of experience. However, the common rate is 8.33% of the Cost to Company (CTC). All the information provided pertains to permanent employees, and unfortunately, I do not have any details regarding billings for temporary employees.

Under mentioned is the structure, consultants generally follows:
•8.33% of annual gross salary for Junior level positions (experience range – 0-5years)
•10% for mid-level positions (experience range 5-10 years)
•12.5% for senior level positions (experience range above 10 years)
** Gross will include Basic, HRA, PF, LTA, Medical, Uniform allowance, soft furnishing allowance, Education allowance, periodicals allowance, conveyance and any other remuneration under any other head which is given as monthly /annual compensation. This will exclude only sales and performance incentives and stock options.
