Thank you for sharing the horrible accident! I have noticed, especially in all rural areas, whenever the fuel carriage tank upsets, people rush to fetch the fuel from the tanks, even though sometimes the fuel is not oozing out. Additionally, people make leaks from the tanks to fill their cans. Some of them smoke in the nearby vicinity out of ignorance.

Therefore, I believe that drivers should be well-trained. They should also inform or seek police protection to secure and cordon off the area with tapes. Furthermore, having a separate pumping system in case of emergencies to recollect spilled fuel from tanks would be beneficial. It is crucial to protect against open sparking in the vicinity within a radius of about 10 meters.
