Transfer of Employees from SEZ to Non-SEZ Areas
For the movement of movable and immovable properties from SEZ to non-SEZ areas, there are restrictions related to Central Excise, etc. However, with regard to the transfer of employees, there exist no such restrictions, I believe.

Thank you for your reply, Mr. Madhu. I need a small clarification. When I was reading about SEZ rules and regulations, I came across information regarding the transfer of assets. They mentioned that 20% of assets can be transferred to SEZ from non-SEZ. My question is, since my company is in software, should I consider employees as assets? Kindly clarify this for me.
