Please help me find a sample letter of breach of termination notice. One staff member has already submitted his resignation letter, followed by the letter of acceptance of resignation. However, I have received a complaint that the staff member has not been turning up to work as usual. Therefore, I want to issue a letter requesting him to come to work to serve the one-month notice period; if he fails to do so, he will need to pay one month's salary in lieu of notice within a week. Otherwise, we will log a report with the Industrial Department for further action. Thank you.
