I completed a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an M.B.A. in HR and Marketing. Is there any suitable course to pursue after this? If so, please suggest one in the HR field.

You have all the qualifications required to be a Super HR Specialist. Start working, Karthik, and gain some experience in HR for 3-4 years. During this time, choose your specialization or become a Generalist, depending on what suits your aptitude and what you love to do without getting bored.

All the best.

But I am not getting the right interviews to join work in HR. Mostly marketing jobs are offered by consultancies. I also have experience of nearly 5 months in the HR field as an HR assistant while doing my project in the last 5 months. However, I am not getting any jobs related to HR. I don't know what to do next...?

I am doing all the above you said but not getting opportunities in HR. Mostly consultancy jobs are coming to my email, and when I enquire about the vacancies, all the consultancies are asking for payment. I don't know what to do; I am still looking for a job and attending interviews. If you know of any job openings, please let me know. It would be helpful for me.

Thank you.
