Exceeds 5 but does not exceed 10 Rs. 100.00.
Does not exceed 20 Rs. 200.00.
Exceeds 20 but does Rs. 300.00.
Not exceeding 30.
Exceeds 30 but does Rs. 500.00.
Not exceeding 50.
Exceeds 50 but does not exceed 100 Rs. 1,000.00.
101 and above Rs. 2,000.00.

1. NIL Employees - Rs. 250/-
2. 1 to 9 employees - Rs. 500/-
3. 10 to 19 employees - Rs. 3,000/-
4. 20 to 49 employees - Rs. 8,000/-
5. 50 to 99 employees - Rs. 15,000/-
6. 100 to 250 employees - Rs. 30,000/-
7. 251 to 500 employees - Rs. 35,000/-
8. 501 to 1000 employees - Rs. 45,000/-
9. More than 1000 employees - Rs. 50,000/-
Common documents required for Shops & Establishments:
1. MOA/AOA
2. List of Directors
3. Declaration of employees
4. Authorization Letter
