Is Dearness Allowance mandatory in salary structure of Private Organization?. Pls advice.

No, it's not a hard and fast rule that you must mention the Dearness Allowance (DA) part in the salary structure if the employee's salary is more than the minimum wages notified by the concerned state government, even if you are giving wages more than the rate of minimum wages (MW).

I think DA has to be shown. But as our wages is above MW, we put in the heading as Basic+DA (consolidated) PONNAPPAN PJ
