I am very much confused and need help in deciding whether to go for PGDBA in HR or PGDHRM. What's the difference between the two in terms of career opportunities? I have done B.Tech and now want to do a PGD in HR. But I'm confused about which one to choose. I need expert advice.

Pursuing HRM with a B.Tech Background: Why and How?

The very first thing you must do is discover what you want to pursue in your career/professional life. Your path should be chosen based on your aims, interests, and specializations, which will help you achieve your life goals and targets.

Secondly, your question about the difference between a PGDBA in HR and a PGDHRM already implies the distinction. It's similar to the comparison between general management in a company and human resource management. PGDBA is a business-oriented course with various business subjects in its curriculum, such as MIS, Marketing, Production Operation, Sales, Service, and Distribution. On the other hand, PGDHRM is a specialized HR course that covers topics like Labor Laws, Industrial Relations, and Strategic HR.

Visit the SCDL website to find detailed information about the subjects and make an informed decision about your future path.
