Are contractual employee eligible for probation period...If yes than can we terminate the contract period also during the probation period. As we need to hire contractual employee so dont want to be on legal complications if any flaw due to that

Contractual Employee cannot be on probation period logically, coz he is already committed to end his services after the contractual period. You can any time terminate the contractual employee referring the terms and conditions of his employement with you.

The very first thing is that Probation and Job on Contract are two different things. Probation is a kind of testing and examin the work performance but contract is a fixed period of employment for a certain period.
