Hey guys, I'm currently doing my internship in HR. My project is as an HR Generalist, and this week I was asked to prepare an innovative and new training PowerPoint presentation. So far, I've created presentations on grooming, stress management, email etiquette, telephone etiquette, etc. Now, I need some fresh and new topics to develop a presentation on. Since the organization would have certain results expected from this activity, ask what the business requirements and objectives are that have to be achieved through this exercise.
