Notification of Amendment to Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965
The Legislature of the State of Haryana has issued a Haryana Govt. Gazette (Extra) notification in April 2012, through which Section 9(A) of the Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965, has been amended. According to the amendment, the Welfare Contribution share of the employee is Rs. 10/-, and the share of the employer is Rs. 20/-. This amount will be paid to the Labour Welfare Board. The notification is attached herewith.
Therefore, you are requested to kindly contribute to the Labour Welfare Fund Contribution as per the amendment, effective from April 2012.
