Thank you, but I would like to know if, in the case of a transfer of PF, Form 13 should be submitted to the commissionerate of the current employer or the previous employer? It is very urgent for me.

Thank you, Mr. Agrawal, for the information. It is interesting to see that the Amendment mentions that the "Returns shall be submitted in electronic format also." Whereas the E-Sewa portal of EPFO has been announcing that "No need to submit other returns viz Form 5/10/12A, 3A, and 6A." How contradictory!

Employer Responsibilities for Employee Forms
Employers are required to file various returns and maintain contribution cards in electronic mode. They must also provide copies of relevant forms to employees immediately after joining the service or at the time of leaving, as applicable.
If you could tell me which relevant forms we have to provide to the employees immediately after joining the service, also tell me how we can prepare the contribution card.

Dear Colleagues,
Season's Greetings to you. I have one doubt regarding the PF Annual Return soft copy sheet. In my organization, one employee is willing to make a voluntary contribution of Rs. 500 per month, totaling Rs. 500 * 12 = Rs. 6000. Which column should this be shown in the PF Annual Returns soft copy column?
Kindly revert to me.
Thank you.
