Gratuity Calculation: How Many Years Count After 7 Years and 5 Months of Work?

Hi, I know somthing about gratuity and I want to confirm about my gratuity years. I working in Organisation for 7 years 5 months and 21 days. How many years gratuity I can Get.

Dear, As per your service period you are eligible for 7 years only. But if your service period was more than 7 yrs and 6 months it should be calculated as 8 years. Regards.

Mr. Rajput has rightly quoted that, for calculation purposes, less than 6 months is not considered to be a year. In your case, you are eligible for 7 years of gratuity payment.
