There are quite a large number of HSE Disciplinary codes. In India, we have the Factories Act 1948, which should be available on the welcome-Directorate General, Factory Advisory Service & Labour Institutes (DGFASLI) link. The Factories Act provides guidelines on health and safety matters.
There are also acts and rules on the environment. You can search for the Air Pollution Act, Water Pollution Act, Hazardous Wastes Management and Handling Act, Ozone Depletion Rules, and many more. If you can let us know the processes in your plant, the forum members would be able to correctly guide you. However, you may search the MoEF site (Ministry of Environment and Forests India).
