Hello all, I am a 2nd-year MBA student. This is my first post on Cite HR! We have an assignment in our psychometry where we have to design a test for management trainees. As far as I am aware, there are no such tests conducted by companies coming to our campus for placements. Please advise, I am confused and lost, and yes, time is also running out! :(

The aptitude test is designed to check their analytical ability and grammar skills. You can easily design it with the help of a few CAT question papers. It is really helpful in the initial shortlisting of students applying through the campus.
