Hi, So would that mean no hard copy submission anywhere? So no uploading to any portal is necessary? Would a soft copy of the two forms in a Cd suffice? Thanks, Anu

Hi Anu They are even accepting hard copies. Only this year they will accept hard copy. We sould even submit the data in soft copy in prescribed format.. Just 1 CD is sufficient :)

Thank you for that, Jeevarathnam. I understood the concept of CD. Could you please share your thoughts on this concern as well? I had successfully uploaded last month's, viz. Mar '12 ECR through Esewa, but all the previous monthly PFs have not been submitted online, viz. from Apr '11 to Feb '12. Is there any provision for uploading them now, or is there any need to do so?

I want some crucial information. I have submitted monthly challans without fail. It's really weird, but can I ask you if it is compulsory to submit Form 3A and 6A? (I am thinking 3A is just a consolidation of all the calculations.)
Thanks,
Anu

Yes, we should file the annual returns of Form 3A and 6A. I do agree, as it is just consolidated. However, in Form 3A, you will be showing contributions for each and every employee. That will serve as proof for individual contributions.
