Employees' Deposit-linked Insurance (EDLI) Scheme

The EDLI scheme falls under the employer's responsibility, who contributes a 13.61% share towards employee benefits. According to government rules, the employer will contribute a 0.50% share under EDLI A/c 21 and a 0.01% share under EDLI A/c 22, along with other administrative charges.
