You can go for a Boat Making Game to teach them how important time management is. For email etiquette, take a lecture on business communication. For materials, you can check the business email PPT presentation on Google. I was also looking for this, and it was suggested to me. I found it very useful.

Hope this helps you. Make a team of 4 to 5 people. Let them decide their leader. Now, what you have to do is give one subject to each team; this can be anything, and let them prepare for 15 minutes. The rule is every member of the team should speak about the topic for at least a minute. This could be useful in both ways, i.e., how effectively the team works in the given time, as well as communication skills and teamwork.

Hi, I may be wrong, so please correct me. This training will focus more on HR replacement of people, the flow of processes, and products. It will not serve the purpose of time management. Sneha is requesting you to review the attachment; you may get some ideas.
