Dear Sneha,
You can go for a Boat Making Game to teach them how important time management is. For email etiquette, take a lecture on business communication. For materials, you can check the business email PPT presentation on Google. I was also looking for this, and it was suggested to me. I found it very useful.

Paper Boats
Resources: Old Newspaper
Divide the participants into teams of 4 to 5 members each.
Ask team members to select their team leader.
Then take all the team leaders to a separate location and explain the activity by demonstrating to them how to make paper boats, similar to the ones we learned in school.
After the demonstration, ask them if they have understood the instructions. Provide each team leader with a small square piece of paper and ask them to create a paper boat to ensure they have grasped the concept.
Instructions for Team Leaders:
1. Provide each team with 4 sheets of newspaper (rectangular in shape).
2. Your task is to build 40 boats, all of the same size, and ensure they all float and do not sink flat.
3. Both quality (shape, finishing, appearance) and quantity are important.
4. The time frame for completion is 15 minutes.
Allow the teams to begin the task and give them 15 minutes to complete it.
After the task is finished, ask the teams the following questions:
1. Did the team leader effectively communicate the goal to the team members?
2. Were the roles within the team clearly defined in terms of who would do what?
3. Did the team members feel overwhelmed by the activity or understand the key aspects?
4. What was their focus while making the boats: a) completion or b) emphasis on quality?
5. Did the team seek clarification on roles or goals during the task?
6. Was there any planning regarding the use of newspapers, team members, and the available time?
Through this activity, participants can learn the importance of time management.

Dear Sneha,
Hope this helps you. Make a team of 4 to 5 people. Let them decide their leader. Now, what you have to do is give one subject to each team; this can be anything, and let them prepare for 15 minutes. The rule is every member of the team should speak about the topic for at least a minute. This could be useful in both ways, i.e., how effectively the team works in the given time, as well as communication skills and teamwork.

Divide the group into teams (based on size) and give them each a large glass container. The object is to fill their containers with as much material as they can. The materials are rocks, stones, gravel, sand, etc. (But you can use anything.) The larger materials should be placed in the container first, followed by the next to the largest, and so on... In this order, you should be able to fit the most into the container.
You can come to your own conclusion for the activity based on your need. The rocks (due to size) would be the most important items to complete. (Can be home activities...work/life balance.) Then stones would be everyday tasks to finish. Gravel can be the projects that need to be completed. Sand could be the extra work that was just assigned to you.
Allow the groups to fill their container without detailed instructions. Tell them to fill their containers with as much material as they can. And then, we talk about the order they selected. If they had an order... and what the materials represent to them... etc. Use this communication to lead into training by saying the jar is the day you have (24 hours) you can fill it up with sand (not so important tasks) and have no space for the bigger stones (very important tasks) or fill it up smartly and then in the end pour a cup of coffee into it... to emphasize... you are never so busy as not to have a coffee with friends and family :-)
