In your organization, is there any standard format for a salary slip? The structure of the payslip will vary based on the management. If you can obtain a sample from your company, that would be great.
There are additional deductions such as PT (Professional Tax) and PF (Provident Fund). Professional Tax rates vary from state to state, and the salary slip needs to be prepared accordingly. It is also essential to include the Gross Salary in the preparation of the salary slip.

Salary Slip Details
1. If I'm getting ₹22,000 per month, what would my salary slip look like? The organization is not providing me with a salary slip because they are paying in cash. When asked, they say, "We will offer you only a salary certificate where they will mention only ₹22,000."
Tax Deductions
2. Generally, when are TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and Professional Tax applicable? Are these applicable in my case? If yes, then why?
Changes in Payslip
3. Are there any changes made to the payslip in the months of March and April?
Location Details
4. I'm working in West Bengal, but my company is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Please send me an appropriate payslip that I can present to my future employer.

From what I understand, Swapna wants to prepare a fake payslip to show to her new employer. This is a dangerous practice and should not be encouraged. Swapna, when you make such a request, remember also that your new employer and colleagues may be on the site or see it through a Google search.

I want salary calculation for basic, HRA, etc., as per the Karnataka Labour Act. Also, I need information on the leave entitlement given to employees by the employer, including the number of days granted and how many days can be carried forward to the next year. I require all details in accordance with the Karnataka Labour Act.

Not knowing your new employer's details, it's difficult to advise. However, I believe telling the company the truth—that they'd be paying cash and not providing a salary slip—is generally a good idea (unless you agreed on a salary and they mentioned they require copies of salary slips as proof). Talk to HR and find out.
