Below is the offer breakup that I came across recently. I find it different from the regular one [like basic - 30% of CTC, HRA - 40% on basic, medical, PF - 12%, special allowance], that is followed. Please help me understand if the below-mentioned calculations are as per the compliance followed. This would help someone to make the right decision before he/she jumps & the employer is genuine.

Offer Breakup Details

Basic: 50% of CTC
HRA: 50% of BASIC
Medical: 15000 per annum
Driver (taxable):
Telephone (taxable):
Travel (taxable):
PF: 9360 per annum
Special (taxable): CTC - All of the above
