Dear Vejju Prasad, you can check for the following proofs:

Acceptable Documents for Date of Birth Proof

- PAN card
- Driving Licence
- Transfer certificate from School

If still no proof is available, do the following:

Alternative Proof Method

An affidavit sworn before a Magistrate/Notary stating the date/place of birth as per the specimen in ANNEXURE 'A' by illiterate or semi-illiterate applicants. Annexure A - Date of Birth

In the case of applicants born on or after 26.01.89, only a Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Authority or the Office of the Registrar of Births & Deaths is acceptable.

As per the EPFO officer, he only needs a birth certificate for pension withdrawal.

Please help with any notification or proof stating that a PAN card, driving license, transfer certificate from school, or school certificate (Class X) is acceptable for proof of date of birth or age.

Damodar
