Response for Unsuccessful Interview Candidates

Those who do not qualify for an interview should be answered as follows:

"We are in the process of conducting interviews with other candidates for this position. Until next week, we shall give a call to the selected candidates for the final interview. If you receive a call from us, it would mean you are selected for the next process, and not otherwise. So, thank you for appearing for the interview."

First of all, please go through the candidate's profile properly. If there are any mistakes or improper formatting in the profile, you can reject them. You can reject the candidate for the following reasons:

1. The way they present themselves during the interview.
2. Based on their marks.
3. Based on their skills and communication.
4. Not having a strong profile; for example, frequently changing jobs from one company to another.
5. Not having a valid reason for resigning from a job.
6. If the candidate is planning to pursue higher studies, you can reject them, etc.
