As a fresher, I believe I have only a basic understanding of what HR entails, mainly from a theoretical standpoint such as recruitment, selection, bonuses, PF, salaries, etc. Your explanation on the distinction between HR and Admin has been incredibly valuable to me, and it has helped me chart my path toward HR exclusively.
