I want to know the relevance of the GPHR certification in India. I have over 3 years of experience in human resource management and have a degree in HR. If anyone has pursued this certification, kindly update.

Instead of GPHR, you should strive to complete PHR first. GPHR has eligibility criteria where the HR professional must have experience in an MNC, with established and approved experience in handling cross-border HR issues. Additionally, any of these certifications (PHR, SPHR, or GPHR) are oriented towards American HR practices and American Labor Law. Therefore, one must consider their priorities before investing in this certification.
