Very good information shared. Many times, ergonomics is considered for office layouts, chairs, etc. However, it is applicable in workshops and necessary to have ergonomically designed workplaces. Very well covered in the attachments uploaded by you.

The Importance of Ergonomics
Kudos. It's a great thing that happened to some of our members. In fact, many wouldn't know what's all about Ergonomics. As a person associated with Industrial Diseases for many years, I know personally the importance of Ergonomics in workplaces. I believe major causes for some of the industrial sickness in workmen are related to Ergonomics. Hopefully, many of our members may contribute to this subject in due course. Let me also add a few insights in the days to come.

It's true that the term ergonomics is not familiar to everyone, regardless of the sector in which you might be working. However, the fact remains that everyone is concerned about what the correct working posture should be. I am also working on the same topic.
