I am working in a company as a Branch Manager. One of the juniors came to the branch on deputation from the Head Office (H.O.). He worked with me in my branch for three months as an Accountant. He was receiving a salary of Rs. 7000/- per month. Now, his salary is fixed at Rs. 10,000/- per month. However, he is supposed to receive Rs. 3,000/- extra in addition to his previous salary as arrears for the last two months, i.e., he should get a total of Rs. 6,000/- arrears added to his current salary.
After a discussion with the Director of the H.O., he requested me to write a letter to him regarding this arrear. Can anyone please suggest what I should write in a letter to the Director of the H.O.?
Please help me in this regard, guys.
Regards

I have gone through your post thoroughly and found that your written communications are good except for punctuation, which is missing. When you have succeeded in posting your query, could you be kind enough to compose or draft a letter and submit it for review? Members of this forum will be glad to assist you further once you have invested efforts to get your things done.
Developing Confidence and Skills
Please develop your level of confidence and skills required to project yourself as a BRANCH MANAGER. It is common that many qualified professionals do not know how to compose BUSINESS LETTERS. Believe me, nothing is impossible if you can try your best to succeed by investing sincere efforts. This is the only way to learn and improve yourself.
Good luck.
