Clarification Needed on MLW Fund Eligibility

I have gone through all the posts regarding the MLW fund (for Maharashtra) and understood that managers and supervisors are excluded from the fund. However, my agent, who is handling our registration, says that if all the managers, supervisors, VPs, and CEOs are on the muster roll, they will be included in this fund, and deductions will be made for all. Please shed some light on this as I need this information urgently.

MLWF Contribution Clarification

It is not required for a person who is earning more than ₹3,500 per month in Maharashtra. Please find attached the MLWF Act for your easy understanding.

However, in other states like Tamil Nadu, it is clearly specified that every employee has to contribute to the fund (no salary slab is given).

Thanks and regards,
