Thank you for sharing the Holiday List with all of us. Could you also share the required documents to be provided to a new joiner when they join? It would be great if you could support this with documents.
FYI, during the induction program, we provide a welcome letter signed by the MD, contact details of all employees state-wise and designation-wise, a souvenir of the organization to give a big picture of the company, and a company diary. Additionally, we give the employee handbook along with the appointment letter. Are we missing any documents? Please suggest.
