Dear Seniors,

One of my friends is working in a US-based company that is closing its Indian operation by the end of this month. They have already terminated some of the employees with a 3-month salary and informed other employees regarding their plan. The company started its Indian operation just 2 years back.

Questions for Employees Facing Job Changes

1. What should be the response of the employees who have already received a pink slip to the interviewer regarding the reason for their job change? What should they show as their present status of employment?

2. What should be the response of the employees who are currently working to the interviewer regarding the reason for their job change?

In both cases, they need a new job on an immediate basis. Please give your valuable feedback.

Looking forward to your valuable suggestions.

With Thanks & Regards,
SM
