Dear Members / Professionals,

Already, there is one union, and they have sent the list of executive members such as President, Secretary, Treasurer, etc. However, this union is not recognized by the company. In the meantime, the existing union secretary has resigned, and some members have joined the new union. The new union's executive members have also submitted their Charter of Demand.

The existing union has filed a petition before the ACL under Sec. 25(k), and another petition for the Charter of Demand has been filed before the DCL.

Please guide me on how to overcome this problem.
