Effective Story for Training Sessions

While surfing the internet, I found a very simple but effective story that can be developed as a case study or role play. It can be used in a training session on Decision Making. This will definitely start the "thought process" of your audience.

Cheers!

Thank you very much for sharing with us this input on the dilemma of decision-making. It is true that minority rights are always sidelined at the expense of the majority.

Nice one. The train should go on its normal track as the kids playing on it know that they are playing on an operational track, and there is a chance that they would be cautious and vacate the track if the train horns were sounded repeatedly and its speed reduced within safe limits.

The lone child playing on a non-operational track will not be cautious as he is aware that he is playing on a safe track, so he may not pay attention to the train horns and is bound to be in danger.

We cannot change the right decisions to favor the wrong deeds, but we can at least give them the opportunity to correct themselves before it is too late. Right or wrong, legal or illegal, is just the outcome of the decisions made by a few, which may conflict with the will of the majority or individuals.
