Can someone shed some light on a seemingly simple yet thought-provoking question? In a "Train the Trainer Workshop," does the teacher teach, the trainer train, or the coach coach? I thought it would be a good topic to deliberate.

Understanding "Train the Trainer" Courses

Usually, a "Train the Trainer" course is where a qualified trainer teaches other people to become trainers. If it is a properly recognized and accredited course, there is usually a certification process for the participants who pass the course.
