hi i have applied to change my name in my pan card but more then 9 month is passed and nothing happened to it and now i have lost my pan card .so what should i do

Both ways, you can apply for a duplicate PAN card, and there is no need to worry about anything. Go to your nearest local PAN Authority/Office, fill out the form, and complete the formality. You have to pay Rs. 95 for this, and within 15 days, your new/duplicate PAN card will be delivered to you.

Dude, you just need to go to your PAN card authority/Karvy office for whatever you want or change in data. If you want to make changes to your address, you have to attach the relevant proof document of this change. If you do not provide the same, the request will not be processed for this change, but you will get your new duplicate PAN card with the same old data.
