Hi all, yesterday, I attempted an HR specialist exam in which most of the questions were from the sections of HR strategy and HR audits. It was difficult for me to answer them as I am not very well acquainted with these topics. Kindly provide information and suggest books.

ONGC exam ... Most of the questions are related to Strategic HR and HRD systems and moreover all the questions are in depth from subject point view.. General awareness is terrible
