Please suggest some ideas for celebrating Dussehra/Diwali. We have a small group of 12 employees in the office and around 550 employees deployed to our client sites. I request ideas for celebrations both in the office and at our client sites.

Hi Gianim, please check the budget with management and arrange a Dandiya show at your workplace for 2 hours. Give away awards for the best-dressed male and female, good dancers, and so on. Also, organize a rangoli competition for Diwali.
Thank you.

A lot of ideas are there. Please check and confirm whether you need to organize an event purely for entertainment and enjoyment, or if the event should also deliver an academic message. Accordingly, we can categorize and consider different options.

I have just started my career and am working as an HR. We organized an event at our office for Ganesh Chaturthi, which included an antakshari competition, along with awards for the best-dressed male/female, best singer male/female, best team, and more. We are planning for the next event, so I would really like more ideas. Also, as Mr. Neelesh suggested, events with academic or work-related messages would also be helpful.

First, check the budget with the management. Based on that, you can organize a one-day event where you can invite the family members of the staff. You can start with a small pooja and later have some games or spot games for kids, families, and employees, followed by lunch.
