Is My Earned Leave Encashment Calculation Correct After Leaving My NGO Job?


I worked with an NGO with 8 years, when I left the job as per HRD rule only 60 EL encashment granted and they calculated my EL on my basic salary. Is it true calculation.

it is true as stated by Mr. Sarath Raja. every time EL/PL are calculted on Basis only. regards Vishal Setia
