It initiates with sending the quote of the day / joke of the day, etc., apart from sensing the COCs. One care we need to take while doing all this is to never put any comment on someone's personal things. A sound HR system runs healthily only when your employees wish to "talk to you" and not when you wish to talk to them. So make them speak, give them a stage where they can share their thoughts and ideas. Also, never forget to respond to their queries. They are the real books of HR who teach you a new lesson every time. I am proud to be in HR.............. Are you?

Very nice words and thoughts. Please let me know how many Indian employers will let you practice what you preached? These sermons of yours, if attempted to be practiced by an HR in such organizations, will only lead to misery and frustration for that HR practitioner. I am telling you these things after having been an HR professional for over three decades and starting off with a similar belief. The rest I don't want to tell, but currently, I work for myself instead of working for others. This should explain the ground realities.
But again, good thoughts. Thanks for sharing.

Dear Umesh,
Thank you for sharing such a beautiful PowerPoint presentation. The effectiveness of implementing the guidelines you've outlined depends on the organizational culture. It can either be supportive of an HR person or compel them to adhere to established norms. Resistance is inevitable, but an HR professional can exert effort to successfully implement changes as anything is achievable.
Thank you once again for sharing.

Nice PowerPoint presentation. Really great work. Very good statement: "You are handling a resource which is created by God, not by any human being." Good thinking. Thanks for sharing the HR presentation. Above all, a great message to HR professionals.
