In your case, if you want to transfer your PF accumulation amount from your previous PF code number to the present PF code number, then you have no need to take tension because the PF transfer form will be filled out by your present employer. However, you need to arrange the required information for your PF transfer in Form 13. Submit that form to your previous RPFC, and they will handle the rest of the process.
