As of now, my final semester MBA exams are over, but I have the viva voce examination left. However, it is scheduled by the university after September. So, I would like to know if there are any short-term certification courses in HR that can help me in finding a job in HR once I complete my MBA. Please guide me in this regard.

Hi All,
I have completed LLB, LLM, and MBA in HR. Despite this, through my college placement, I secured a job in financial products. However, I decided to resign from my current position and am currently seeking a job in the HR field in Pune.
My advice would be to avoid pursuing a full-time course. Instead, gaining experience is crucial at the end of the day. I have been actively searching for a new job for the past 15 days.
