I want to put up some quotes and slogans at their workstations that reflect the correct usage of company property (e.g., "Turn off your computers," "Use paper wisely," "Save power," etc.). However, I am struggling to frame the sentences correctly. Could any of you please help me with this?

You might find this current method appropriate for alerting employees to not waste resources. I just wanted to suggest: why don't you circulate a general notice stating, "We expect all employees to use resources efficiently"?
