My father is going to be out of the country for Haj from the end of October to December. Can you please inform me about the procedure for the life certificate? Is there any provision for advance or late submission of the life certificate?

In which bank does your father hold his pension account? Please ask him to contact the branch and inquire about the same. Have him check whether the bank's branch is available at the place where he visits. If available, he can approach that branch and obtain the attestation of the Branch Manager of that place and send it through a courier to you. You can then further submit the same to the Bank Branch where he holds his Pension Account.
The Branch Manager can explain this issue to you better than anyone else.
