Dear All, Greetings, Is it necessary to fill Form 11 (Revised) and maintain the records by the employer.

Of course, Vishal, if any employee is refusing to get EPF benefits, you have to take the declaration of the same from the employee in the prescribed Form 11 and maintain one copy in your record to produce during the inspection by the EPF authority.
