Dear Abbas,
As far as EPS is concerned, you have to complete 180 days for withdrawal. Nevertheless, you can transfer this amount to your new account or opt for a Scheme Certificate at any point in time. However, for EPF, you can withdraw your amount irrespective of your length of service.

I left my company on 25th January 2011. I filled in the PF form two months after leaving the company as instructed by the HR Department. However, I have still not received my PF amount. The HR Department has not provided any details or responded to my inquiries.
Can you kindly advise me on whom I should contact to address this issue?
Thank you.

Dear Aahana,
First, check with the HR Dept. whether they have submitted the forms to the PF office or not. If they have submitted the forms and the delay is at the PF office, then you can use the following link to lodge a complaint through the Grievances cell: [EPFO](http://www.epfindia.com). First, use "Know Your Claim Status," then go to EPFiGMS to file a complaint.
All the best,

Dear Member,
Please check when the monthly grievance day is held; normally, it will be on the 10th of every month. Meet the Regional PF Commissioner and lodge a complaint. If the issue still persists, utilize the RTI Act to inquire about the current status. However, before proceeding with this, ensure that the agent has duly submitted the claim to the office.

Dear Sir,
The minimum service period for eligibility to withdraw PF is 180 days. After this period, the employee's contribution to PF can be withdrawn. The best option to avoid this loss is:
1) To transfer the PF accumulation from the present employer to the new employer by submitting Form 14
or
2) To obtain the scheme certificate from the authority, subject to the eligibility for the scheme certificate by the resigned employee who applied for the withdrawal of EPF.
Thank you & Best Regards,

Dear Sir,
I have completed my Post Graduation on a regular basis while working in a multinational company (Vedanta Aluminium Ltd). Now, I have taken admission to an MBA program. Can I produce my certificate and claim better opportunities within the current company? Or if I decide to transition to another company, will they acknowledge my higher education?
Kindly advise me on this matter, for which I would be grateful.
Regards,
