We are in the process of setting up an IT-enabled services company in Mumbai. Currently, we are 2 partners, and we hope to have a 5-6 member team within the next year. I require your expert advice on the following matters:

What is the best way for us to incorporate our organization in Mumbai? We have come across the following options and would like to know which will be best for us, along with the pros and cons surrounding them:

1. Create a partnership deed and register it, possibly with the ROC.
2. Create a "GUMUSTA," i.e., register the business under the Bombay Shop & Establishment Act, 1948.
3. Create an LLP.
4. Create a private limited firm.

I would appreciate your advice. Additionally, I would love it if you could also guide us to the people who can help us move forward in this process.

Thanks and Regards,
William
