Labour Commissioners and Their Jurisdictions
Also note that there are two Labour Commissioners, i.e., Labour Commissioner (Central) and Labour Commissioner State.
The Labour Commissioner State covers all industries - private, public sector, etc.
The Labour Commissioner (Central) covers those industries under the control of the Central Government, such as IOCL, BPCL, refineries, GAIL, ONGC, BSNL, etc.
Both authorities mentioned above cannot interfere with each other's industries.

Mr. Ashok More,
Sir, thanks for the list of classification of skills. I also want to know if the following (other than S. A. & H. R. A.) allowances are included in minimum wages:
- Petrol
- Telephone
- Washing
- Conveyance
- Supervisory
Shrikant
To Mr. Shrikant,
Please note that the Minimum Wage can't be bifurcated. If you are paying wages more than the minimum wage, then only the additional amount can be split into the above heads.
Please find the attachment of the PF Authority.
