Please prepare job descriptions for each employee and analyze their workload. If somebody is overloaded, consider hiring additional employees to share the workload. If employees are being asked to work overtime frequently, consider introducing a special allowance in place of overtime wages. Implement a recognition scheme where you can identify and reward the employee of the week/month who completes their work within the designated shift time.
